Return Policy


We will accept returns within 30 days from the date purchase (invoice date) for all unworn items.  All returns must be in the original condition that it was received, have original tags attached and must be accompanied by the return invoice.
  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 5-7 business days after we receive the merchandise.

  • Returns will be refunded by your original method of payment.

  • All shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.  Please note that original shipping charges are non- refundable.

  • We are not able to do exchanges at this time but can give store credit for future purchases.

  • Gift Cards are non-returnable & non-refundable.

  • Please note that all clearance purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded

Return Process:

  1. Email info@chloeellis.com to receive return shipping label,  Please include:

    • Email Subject Line: “Return – Invoice #”

    • Email Body:

      • Customer Name

      • Verify Return Address

      • Item(s) being returned

  2. Fill out return invoice (including reason for return) and place inside of the package

  3. Print label & place on the outside of package

  4. Drop off package at nearest USPS location
